2013 Accountability Strategy and Management Instruments to Allign WHO with UN System-Wide Action Plan. Implementation of the CEB Policy on Gender Equality.

2010-2012 Capital area cities (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa) joint projects: Comʼon! and Multicultural Management to Practice (consultation and training, management seminars, workshops, collection and production of material).

2010-2011 Helsinki Deaconess Institute: Amigo Mentoring, design of the pilot program, training the first mentor group, production of the guidebooks.


2011 International Fund for Agricultural Development IFAD, Rome, Italy: Promoting Gender and Diversity Balance at IFAD. A preliminary assessment of iFADʼs ”gender and diversity culture” and proposed work plan to address issues identified.
